Now several WWW Classes are available online . . . .
Check out the online versions of several of our
WWW classes. The same material covered in the face-to-face sections of WWW courses
is also covered in the online version. The online sections have an Orientation
Session the week prior or during the first week of the course to help you get
started with the course and meet your instructor. Most courses also require that
a midterm and/or final test be taken at Oakton's Testing Center or some other
proctored site. During the rest of the course,
you will be communicating with your instructor and turning in assignments mainly via
email.
In the schedule, online classes have an 0C1 or 0C2
section number. For instance, WWW131-0C1 is an online section of the HTML course
named Building a Web Page while WWW131-050 is a classroom-based
section of the same course.
World Wide Web Program Online Classes:
Clicking on one of the class number links below will open the Generic Course Syllabus for
that course. Note that the Generic Course Syllabus for the online section of a course is the same
as for the face-to-face classroom version of that course.
